30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your VoltFun products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item (e.g., Minipal) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Process: To start a return, contact us at [support@voltfun.com]. If accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within [X] business days.
